We review the sales on 3 levels.

Level 1 - What sold in the immediate area in since March 2019.

Level 2 - What sold in immediate area for Bungalows, 1100-1300sqft since March 2019.

Level 3- Compare with closest sales, similar size, style in area since March 2019 -
